Nachos were created for the first time in Piedras Negras, Coahuila, Mexico by Nacho Anaya on 1954. Nachos gained popularity when Fran Liberto started selling nachos during Texas Rangers baseball games at Arlington Stadium in Arlington, Texas. 

Nachos are made with Corn tortilla chips, pinto bean, pico de gallo, cheese and sour cream.

The word taco comes from the Nahuatl word ‘tlahco’ which means “half or in the middle”, referring to the way it is formed. The taco forms part of the cultural and gastronomic diversity of Mexico.

Tacos can be made with chicken, carne asada, carnitas, vegetarian, baja fish, al pastor, etc.

Queso Fundido originated in the borderlands of northern Mexico and the southwestern United States, as a campfire dish, Usually, it’s topped with chorizo. 

 The dish is presented while it is still bubbling hot, and it is spooned onto small soft tortillas for individual servings.

Though the name of this soup implies an Aztec origin, it owes much more of its origin to the Tarascan people from the Michoacán area. 

This Soup is made of tomato broth, chipotle, avocado, sour cream & cheese, corn chips.

Pozole Rojo

Pozole is a traditional soupfrom Mexican Cuisine. It is made from hominy with meat, typically pork, and it’s seasoned with adobo, lettuce, radish & chili pepper.
